The Vehicle Load Sensor is a device that determines the vehicle’s cargo weight by measuring the distance change between the chassis and the axle. It is installed between the chassis and axle, converting the vertical displacement between them into corresponding electrical signals transmitted to monitoring equipment.
This sensor utilizes a high-precision measurement chip, taking full advantage of the high accuracy of capacitive sensors. It is impact-resistant, maintenance-free, long-lasting, easy to install, requires minimal space, and is not restricted by vehicle type. The sensor is flexibly connected between the chassis and the axle, effectively preventing damage caused by vehicle tilting and lateral movement, thereby greatly extending its lifespan.
As a metering-grade measurement instrument, this sensor offers high resolution and measurement accuracy. It automatically calibrates without manual intervention.
The sensor can be integrated with GPS vehicle tracking terminals or other devices to form an accurate vehicle positioning and load management system. It allows real-time monitoring of the vehicle’s cargo status, tracking loading and unloading activities, and preventing issues such as cargo theft, unauthorized transport, detours, and misuse of company vehicles for private purposes.
